Domestic Delivery

The delivery for the area in Semarang, Central Java is eligible for free of charge. Any area outside Semarang will be subjected to additional charges. Each charge will be stated under the confirmation details receipt before payment.

International Delivery

All the international delivery will be subjected to additional charges. Each charge will be stated under the confirmation details receipt before payment

Returns

Any complaint about the damaged product should be notified to us under 48 hours after the item being delivered.

If the item damaged upon the arrival, the damaged should be noted to the deliverer. Notification to the damages should be notified to us through email and supported by proof of photo.

If the damages are not being notified to us, the complaint will not be proceed
